Captions and Corrections

Cliporator creates sentence-style captions for each rendered clip.

Caption defaults control how long a caption card stays on screen and how many words appear per card.

When Mask profanity in captions is on, spoken audio stays unchanged, but matching words in the on-screen captions are replaced with asterisks.

On the Review page, select a rendered clip and edit the current caption cards. Click Rerender Selected Clip to rebuild that clip using the updated text.

The Correction Library in Settings stores recurring fixes. Use it for names, phrases, jargon, or terms that transcription commonly misunderstands.

Format each replacement on its own line:

misheard phrase => correct phrase
clip orator => Cliporator

Correction library entries apply to future renders and rerenders.
