Audio and Video Sources
Cliporator can create clips from audio-only files or from video files.
Audio Source
Section titled “Audio Source”Use Audio Source when your input is a podcast, sermon, lecture, seminar, speech, music track, or other audio-only file.
In this mode, Cliporator can add a default visual, randomized video backgrounds, or randomized image backgrounds.
Video Source
Section titled “Video Source”Use Video Source when your input already has visuals. Cliporator uses the source video as the visual layer and clips it into social-ready vertical exports.
Background video and background image options are hidden in video mode because the source video supplies the visual layer.
Transcripts
Section titled “Transcripts”You can either:
- let Cliporator create a transcript automatically, or
- select an existing Whisper JSON transcript.
Using an existing transcript can save time when rerendering the same source file.
